Class requires basic skills of flexibility so you can combine it with any stretching class you like for better results. Here we work on your core, shoulders and arms’ strength that will allow you perform different types of handstands, press to handstand or any balances.
Advanced class where we focus on acrobatic elements. You need to be able to do back bridge and splits free or be comfortable enough doing it. We learn bridge from standing, flips handstand to bridge and back and other tricks depending on the group’s level. If you are ready, consult the coach and go for it
